		<description>The ad industry IS changing and that change is digital! I just landed in Melbourne, Australia and it&#039;s as if the (slower, bigger) agencies don&#039;t know what hit &#039;em. Everyone is scrambling to add their digital/interactive division.

God forbid schools embrace the trend of ad agency execs and train them the old school way....tho alas, the bikinis and double entendres will still exist - they&#039;ll just be clickable and forward-to-a-friend-able.</description>
