Keep It Simple, Stupid.

Too many pretentious Web designers dilute themselves into sacrificing the simple things in favor of some splash page that &quot;looks really cool.&quot; That&#039;s great, Picasso, but while you&#039;re admiring your graphics, a potential customer is getting frustrated because he can&#039;t find the business&#039; contact info.

In every Web design/re-design team I worked with, i always said: PUT THE ADDRESS PHONE NUMBER SOMEWHERE VISIBLE ON EVERY PAGE. 

As for telephone communications, I&#039;d be interested in stats on whether or not phone trees are cost effective or not...or worth the frustration.</description>
